double character

Hi,

I've started having a problem, when typing "~", "^", "´" or "`" above a
letter (in Portugal we use it a lot), it appears like this: "~~", "^^", "´´"
or "``" before I even type de letter.

This problem happens in every Office program (Word, Excel, Outlook...).

Can someone help, please.
