Word 2007 - linked/embedded Excel docs are 'ugly' - format is off
(too old to reply)

We have several Word documents that have embedded and linked Excel sheets in
them. However, after switching to 2007 we are finding that the Excel portions
of the Word document (still saved as .doc not .docx) often have an apparent
font change, are much larger and are so squished together as to be totally
unreadable in some cases, than the original Excel file. We never had this
issue with 2003.

I REALLY need to get this fixed ASAP or come up with a time efficient
workaround.
