Every time I print something a balloon pops up in the bottom right hand
corner of my screen informing me that my document was sent to the printer.
How can I stop this from popping up every time?

Not really a Microsoft Office question, but...

In Windows XP, click on Start | Control Panel | Printers and Faxes |
File | Server Properties | Advanced. The bottom two to four options
relate to print notifications. Uncheck the options you don't want.

My husband just discovered this yesterday on his own. Had he asked me,
I'd've told him where to find it. I disabled mine ages ago.
