File Service Migration - Handle Office Documents

Hello,

I'm planning a File Service Migration to a new Server.
In my company, people use a lot of embedded links between Office
Documents.
(excel documents that get their data from other excel documents, word
in word, ... )

Is their any tool existing that can scan an entire network share and
list the documents and their links ?

I've been searching, but have not come up with anything that can do
what i wish.
