Hi Sol,

If you can't copy and paste from a PDF into your target Office app you
you can download http://irfanview.com including all of the plug ins you can open a PDF file in IrfanView and then Save as to a
picture.

I get the following message "Decode error! can't load Ghostscript (AFPL
version) or Ghost Script error"

Did you install all of the plugins (separate from Irfanview) from http://irfanview.com/plugins.htm

The Ghostscript piece, if not includes is available from http://ghostscript.com/awk/AFPL_Ghostscript_8.54
(link is on the Irfanview plugins page).

If depends on how many PDF files you need to convert, if you have too many, you need to use desktop software, as for me, I used <a href="http://www.istonsoft.com/pdf-to-image-converter.html">iStonsoft PDF to image converter</a>, if you have only a few PDF s, you can try online conversion site.
